Among the novelties of next year’s festival there is a sector devoted to books on gastronomy, agriculture and the environment.

2015/15/12 - Diego Guerrero (Vitoria, 1975) is not afraid of changes. Leaving the comfort zone. Although in Spain "to make a mistake it's frowned upon." Mistake is the most repeated word in the hour-long interview with Mercacei, highlighting the importance and value of teamwork. The chef and entrepreneur behind DSTAgE, the latest gastronomic phenomenon of Madrid, with one Michelin star, claims the freedom to do whatever you want. Freedom and creativity, avant-garde haute cuisine without clichés is DSTAgE ("Days to Amaze grow Smell Taste & Enjoy") concept. The "silent" revolution of Diego Guerrero is no longer so. We publish an excerpt of the interview with the chef published in Mercacei Magazine 85.
