OLIMAKER©, a high precision micro-mill that allows to obtain up-to-the-minute EVOO of high quality

25/04/2019 - OLIMAKER© is the name of an industrial and domestic micro-mill capable of continuously and automatically integrating all the processes necessary to obtain quality extracted cold extra virgin olive oil. Its patented high technology allows to transform in just 30 minutes any variety of olives into delicious EVOO ready to consume, whether on toast, salads or accompanying any other food.

Its promoters, Rafael Ibáñez and Luis Serrano, have been working for more than three years with an R&D team, engineers, researchers, development staff and a whole support community made up of companies and professionals from the sector, such as Galpagro, Dilersur Innovación or the strategic consultant Juan Vilar. The result of this process is the first domestic desktop oil-mill with patent of invention, which will be presented officially at the XIX International Fair of Olive Oil and Related Industries, Expoliva 2019, the largest international event in the field of olive growing to be held in Jaén from May 15 to 18.

With OLIMAKER© it is now possible, in a clean and safe way, to obtain at the moment an EVOO of the highest quality, analyzing the fat performance of the samples, as well as allowing demonstrations and tastings on site. Thanks to its great versatility, each user can produce its own olive oil, choosing from a universe of possibilities (monovarietal, coupages, premium oils, organic...) with multiple applications (gastronomy, cosmetics, health...). The maxim that says "from tree to table" was never more true. With OLIMAKER© it is already possible.
