London hosts April Olive Oil

2019/09/04 - The Spanish Olive Oil School organizes during this month of April in London various activities so that EVOO lovers can enjoy new experiences about this food and acquire knowledge on quality, harvesting, elaboration and varieties.

Thus, this school held on April 7 in Clapham their usual monthly courses for beginners and advanced participants, which analyzed the factors affecting the quality of extra virgin olive oil, harvesting and extraction, varieties and the regions where they are produced.

In addition, through this training activity they discovered new experiences and knowledge about tasting that participants can apply in their homes and also in the purchase of this product.

Also, on Wednesday, April 24, the Spanish Olive Oil School will collaborate with Mercato Metropolitano where they will show the EVOOs that participate in the Slow Food movement in Spain. In this activity, they will be able to taste autochthonous varieties in danger of extinction, as well as extra biodynamic and organic extra virgins.
