Spain will host a Complete Olive Oil Training Offer for International Professionals during February

2019/05/02 - The Olive Oil School of Spain presents its olive oil training agenda to be held in English during February 2019. Olive Oil Sommelier, Master Miller and Olive Grove Management will be the three main topics to be covered within the upcoming training agenda.
"We have trained more than 900 professionals that use their knowledge everyday to improve the quality of their work with olive oil" said Marta González, Olive Oil School of Spain's Executive Director. "We have developed various editions of our Professional Olive Oil Sommelier Course in English until now, with students such as importers, retailers, distributors, producers and other professionals coming from different countries like Italy, Portugal, Taiwan, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Denmark, Russia and more. After our good results, and having identified the needs of our international students, we have decided to launch both Master Miller and Olive Grove Management courses now also in English".

These three courses will developed in different Spanish regions. "Spain is the perfect location to learn about Olive Oil. It is the largest producer of olive oil and it is worldwide reknown for the quality of its Extra Virgin Olive Oils." said the School's Technical Director, Susana Romera. "Our courses include both morning lectures where students will learn from some of our best olive oil professionals, as well as afternoon visits to Olive Oil related places of interest. Visits include: the biggest Olive Oil Cooperative in the World, varietals olive tree fields, interactive olive oil museum with an extension of 11.222 m2, agrotechnic research institute, various selected olive oil mills and more."

This way, the Olive Oil School of Spain pretends to manifest its firm commitment to EVOO education and culture. "We aim at sharing the latest trends of the market and offering their participants all the support they need", ended Susana Romera.
