07/10/2014 - Josean Alija (León, Spain, 1978) began his career at the tender age of 17 and during his professional track he has found himself working in some of the best restaurants of the world such as El Bulli or Martín Berasategui, which helped him to model his own style which moves seamlessly between modernism and minimalism, described by Chef Paul Bocuse as “one of the best kitchens I’ve tried in my whole life”.

07/04/2014 - The tiny Waiheke Island (New Zealand) hides an unimaginable treasure inside: a couple of hectares of irrigation olive groves cultivated with care and attention by its owners, John and Margaret Edwards, an adorable couple whose love affair with extra virgin oil olive emerged during their frequent visits to Spain and other Mediterranean countries in the 60s. 06/27/2014 - Spanish representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (Magrama) and the olive sector held yesterday in Madrid the first meeting of the Sectoral Committee on Olive Oil and Table Olives to analyze the market situation, from the data provided by the Information Agency and Food Control (AICA). At the meeting, all those present confirmed the good performance of the of olive oil commercialization, especially through export.
