Mercacei beats record of visits to its website, with nearly 600,000 page views in September

10/13/2014 - Just six months after its relaunch, www.mercacei.com has beaten in September its record of page views recorded so far: 576,000. Aimed at professionals without forgetting the consumer segment, this website that was created with the goal of becoming the reference multiportal of olive oil, has an average daily time on site of 20 minutes.
While www.mercacei.com was a pioneer with its creation 11 years ago, last March experienced a profound process of renewal and updating both in design and content, offering a new look that stands out for its cleanliness, simplicity and usability, as well as by the addition of new sections and attractive formats.

This site, dedicated to the olive oil and olive growing sector, it's getting an average of 575,000 page views per month, while in September rose to 576,000. In addition, by sending a daily digital newsletter to over 15,000 producers and operators worldwide, Mercacei covers all information needs of the sector.

This website with two versions in English and Spanish offers a wide rigorous range of information regarding the olive oil, table olives and olive growing sector. This is so that, according to one of the most prestigious international statistical agencies in the world, the average time spent by a user on the web is 20 minutes.

With a modern, intuitive and dynamic design, the new site aims to be more than a website. It is, in fact, Mercacei’s digital cannel, a true multiportal platform that allows its users to get in touch directly with a professional audience, offering the most complete and accurate information about the olive oil world.

All segments belong in www.mercacei.com, which contents are accessible from different devices with a specially adapted viewer for an easier navigation on tablets or smartphones as well as applications for Android and IOS.

All Mercacei’s printed publications have their own digital version that can be viewed from any computer, smartphone, iPad and Android tablets as well as Amazon, which multiplies exponentially the number of readers and, of course, the internationalization path and prestige of our publications. In addition, each digital publication incorporates the possibility of including videos, links and digital marketing activities in different advertising formats, so that reading becomes a unique experience.
